The other day I wrote a post about Peter LaBarbera and his obsession with all things gay and lesbian. That particular post was about his discussion of a ‘spanking party’ here in San Francisco. The link was too vulgar for him to post it, yet he knew exactly where to look for it in his, um, research on all things gay and lesbian.
Just the other day he posted pictures of some guys in leather and gave links to their groups. In it he gives the website of a ‘leather-bondage’ group. No doubt fully examined for his ‘research’ into the gay community.
And yesterday, in a flurry of emails, I learned that yet again Americans For Truth About Homosexuality is totally obssessed with gay sex. You wouldn’t know it today, since Peter LaBarbera pulled the post, but left no explanation…But AFTAH did an article on a sexual practice that I’m not going to talk about here. You can see some comments about it over at G-A-Y, or Good As You. The title of his post? "Fitting topic for them, as they do with to "Lick the Whole" of the gay movement. I had a really good laugh with that one!
As I stated on a blog and in some email, Peter LaBarbera’s few readers must think that he is about to pull a Ted Haggard, if you know what I mean!
And some other amusing news. Months ago I blogged about a guy named Ken Hutcherson, a reverend near Seattle who is almost as obsessed with all things gay and lesbian as Peter LaBarbera. He is the genius who tried to get his congregation to buy Microsoft stock and then sell it all on the same day, which he thought would cause a tumble of Microsoft stock. 🙂 🙂
Anyway, Hutcherson is claiming that he has been given special powers by the White House and claims that his envoy title is "Special Envoy for Adoptions, Family Values, Religious Freedom, and Medical Relief." I think that "Her Highest Majesty Ken Hutcherson" should have been added to that title… Anyway, he made a trip to Latvia (no doubt on tax-payer expense) to convince that country to not accept gay marriage. This guy just doesn’t quit.
"In my meetings, I can represent as being with them [the White House] and having the power I need to get things done."
"I came to you representing the White House."
The amusing thing? Well, it appears that the White House and the Office of Faith Based Initiatives is denying that he was appointed as a special envoy with these special powers and title!
The White House spokeswoman Alyssa J. McLenning had this to say:
The White House Office of Faith-based and Community Initiatives did not give Hutcherson the title, “Special Envoy for Adoptions, Family Values, Religious Freedom, and Medical Relief.”
Hutcherson is apparently mad that he is being called a liar, as he should be since lying is an abomination to God (Prov. 6:16ff). And it turns out that it is a federal crime to impersonate someone as being a representative of the White House, so hopefully an investigation by the FBI is about to be started. Here is that bit of law:
Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Hahahahahahaha. I hope they throw his ass in jail for three years and we’ll see what happens then. I guess this is what happens when people think they are more special than they really are!
And this just goes to show that those in the gay community are not interested in getting anyone on the anti-gay side of things silenced. Their words are worth gold, if you ask me…
