On Monday Rob posted his tarot card and gave a link to find out what card would fit other people. I’ve always liked reading the horoscopes but know nothing about tarot cards. I took the test, and this card and info came up (and what a neat picture!):
You are The Moon
Hope, expectation, Bright promises.
The Moon is a card of magic and mystery – when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.
The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.
What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.
I can certainly attest to the dreaming part. I seem to dream all night long. The other night I had a dream that my grandfather had died, and I asked my grandmother if I could have the hoe that I used when I was growing up. I mentioned the other day that my love of gardening comes from my grandfather and I remember him showing me how to hoe. I loved going out into the corn fields and doing that. I also had a dream that I was supposed to start teaching a class in 15 minutes, but I couldn’t find the right room. I also knew that I was giving an exam, but I hadn’t written it yet and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do in its place. Then I noticed that the clock was wrong and I had 20 extra minutes. But I still couldn’t find the right room. I also have lots of what I call Math Nightmares–I would either find myself taking a math course or taking a math exam. 🙂 I know in the math nightmares that I am not supposed to be in math classes, and that is usually when I wake myself up!
