We stayed near Crescent City. There wasn’t a lot to do around there, but it was convenient for taking hikes. They have a lighthouse that you can only get to when the tide is out.

We stayed in a KOA cabin. They are pretty small, but perfect for two of us (they come with a double bed and one set of bunkbeds). They are pretty cheap and importantly, they come with a heater!
